1. Account Suspension or Ban Due to Unauthorized Activities
If the accounts provided to you engage in any unauthorized, illegal, or prohibited activities as determined by the service providers, and subsequently get suspended, banned, or terminated, we hold no responsibility or liability for such actions. It is the user’s responsibility to adhere to the terms of service of the respective platform. Under no circumstances will refunds or reimbursements be issued for accounts that are banned or restricted due to user-related violations.
2. Account Delivery Timeline
Please note that the delivery of accounts may take an extended period due to various factors, including account availability and verification processes. While we aim to fulfill your order as soon as possible, the delivery of accounts may take several weeks, and in some cases, it may extend up to 2 months from the date of payment. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this potential delay and agree to remain patient during the fulfillment period.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and payment is received, it is considered final. Due to the nature of the services provided, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted after the purchase has been made, including in cases of delayed delivery or account suspension caused by unauthorized activities.

The mandatory minimum top-up for an eligible new account creation order is $50; therefore, $50 cannot be utilised to establish multiple accounts simultaneously;
This policy is additionally implemented for orders to create new accounts using transferred balances from prior accounts;
New account creation orders using inefficiently transferred balances are disqualified with no exception;
Under no circumstances will we accept orders to create new accounts beginning with $0.
Disputes
If you have any concerns or objections regarding charges, you agree to raise them with Mega Digital first not to cancel or reject any credit card or third party payment processing charges unless you have made a reasonable attempt at resolving the matter directly with us.
Termination & Refunds
We reserve the right to deny processing or to cancel your order in certain circumstances, for example, if your credit card is declined or we suspect the request or order is fraudulent, or in other circumstances Mega Digital deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
Your rights under this Agreement are subjected to termination if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Mega Digital can revoke your access to the advertising accounts and deny a refund.
